General Rules

All dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times when not in the secure paddock area
Do not enter the paddock until the previous user has left the paddock with their dogs
Bookings are for a maximum of 50 minutes within the field, this allows for user to place their dogs back into their cars before the next user arrives
All dog waste MUST be picked up and either taken home or placed in the dog waste bin provided
All litter must be picked up and either taken home or placed in the waste bin provided
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure all gates are secure within the paddock area
DO NOT climb on the fence or gates
Any damage caused to the paddock by the hirer will be charged back to the hirer
Use of the paddock is done so at the risk of the hirer
Use of the car park is done so at the hirers own risk
We reserve the right to close the paddock at anytime, for which a full refund will be given

Payment must be made at the point of booking.
Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of time of booking will not be refunded
If you require to cancel your booking then please contact a member of the team via the website
Refunds can take up to 48 hours to process

All dogs using the paddock must be fully wormed and up to date on all vaccinations
If your dog is showing signs of ill health then please do not bring them to the paddock

Your personal data is only retained for the purpose of payment, and in the unlikely event we have to close the paddock we are able to contact the hirer.
We do not share personal data with any third party
